About Lewis
Kathy Lewis, ANP- BC
Kathy was born in eastern North Carolina, a farm girl with the privilege of sharing life with four other siblings. With them, she gained a respect and compassion for others, in all walks of life, that led her to a career in the health profession. She earned her Associate Degree Nursing from Southeastern Community College. After years of nursing and having a family of her own, she went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barton College.
In 2010 she earned a Master’s in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and graduated Sigma Theta Tau. She became certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2011 through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, at which time she began a career in interventional pain management. After six years she had the opportunity to transition into an endocrinology practice. During that time, it served to make her more keenly aware that pain management was her passion, as neuropathic pain was so common among her patients. She has since joined Premier Pain Solutions with the commitment and compassion to serve others, through a holistic and multidisciplinary model. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends, the arts, music and the beloved ocean.
